Ben jij technisch aangelegd en op zoek naar een uitdagende functie binnen een West-Vlaamse KMO? Heb je daarnaast ambitie om een leidinggevende rol op te nemen binnen een machinebouwbedrijf? Dan is deze vacature wellicht precies wat jij zoekt!

Voor een klant in de regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke. Dit bedrijf heeft een sterke reputatie opgebouwd dankzij hun innovatieve, op maat gemaakte machines voor klanten uit voornamelijk de voedingsindustrie. Enkele bekende namen in hun klantenportefeuille zijn Agristo, Greenyard, IFF en Westvlees. De meeste projecten situeren zich in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, Henegouwen en Noord-Frankrijk.

Wat deze vooruitstrevende KMO extra bijzonder maakt, is dat zowel het mechanisch ontwerp als de automatisatie volledig in eigen huis gebeuren. Met een team van ongeveer 100 medewerkers realiseren zij technisch hoogstaande oplossingen.

Om hun groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij momenteel op zoek naar extra technische versterking. Wat zijn je taken in deze veelzijdige en gevarieerde functie?

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectbeheer: van budgetbepaling tot realisatie op de werf
  • Fungeert als technisch expert en eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of problemen van klanten
  • Nauw overleg met klanten, collega’s en interne afdelingen om het project vlot te laten verlopen
  • Aansturing van tekenaars en, indien nodig, zelf instaan voor het mechanisch ontwerp
  • Opmaak en opvolging van (na)calculaties samen met de projectcalculator
  • Je behaalde een minstens een Bachelorsdiploma Elektromechanica (of een andere technische richting)
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een werkplaatsatelier, waarbij je in aanraking kwam met heel wat technieken (draaien, frezen, lassen, plooibanken,…)
  • Het coördineren van de werken en mensen spreekt je sterk aan. Daarnaast ben je een technisch persoon die graag wenst bij te leren
