Jobomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en aansturing van de werkplaats.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van techniekers en weet hen te motiveren en ondersteunen.
  • Je plant onderhoudswerkzaamheden en volgt herstellingen en technische interventies op.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je detecteert terugkerende of structurele technische problemen en denkt mee over duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je springt zelf bij op de werkvloer wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de technisch verantwoordelijke en je collega's.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw, professionalisering en optimalisatie van het service center.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en processen.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een veilige, ordelijke en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in elektromechanica, autotechniek, mechanica of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Een bachelor elektromechanica is een pluspunt; gelijkwaardige ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je bent hands-on en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt het nodige leiderschap om een team aan te sturen, te coachen en te motiveren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt verschillende werkzaamheden efficiënt plannen en opvolgen.
  • Je hebt voldoende basiskennis van computers en administratieve systemen.
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en bent bereid om occasioneel op zaterdag te werken.
