Voor een moderne en professioneel uitgeruste werkplaats binnen de automotive sector zijn we op zoek naar een Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke. In deze leidinggevende rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie, planning en kwaliteit van de werkplaats en fungeer je als spilfiguur tussen techniekers, receptie en klanten.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterke organisatorische en people skills en zorgt ervoor dat de werkplaats efficiënt, veilig en klantgericht draait.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Organisatie & planning

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse werkplaatsplanning
  • Coördineren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan personenwagens
  • Bewaken van doorlooptijden, efficiëntie en productiviteit
  • Afstemmen met receptie, magazijn en andere betrokken afdelingen

Aansturing & teamcoaching

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van autotechniekers
  • Verdelen van taken volgens kennis, ervaring en beschikbaarheid
  • Onthaal en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Organiseren van overlegmomenten en opvolgen van opleidingen

Techniek & kwaliteit

  • Toezien op correcte uitvoering van werken volgens technische richtlijnen
  • Meedenken en ondersteunen bij complexere technische vraagstukken
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en eindinspecties
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid in de werkplaats

Administratie & opvolging

  • Opvolgen van werkorders, checklists en tijdsregistraties
  • Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten
  • Actief signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie
  • Ruime ervaring in onderhoud en herstellingen aan personenwagens
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende
  • Hands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met people management skills
  • Vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een plus
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
