Als Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke voor de Mercedes-Benz-vestiging zorg je voor een optimale planning van de uit te voeren werken en een efficiënte organisatie van de werkplaats. Je streeft naar een maximale klantentevredenheid en een optimale rentabiliteit van de organisatie. Naast het aansturen en richting geven van jouw team autotechniekers, draag je klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel en streef je naar een uitstekende service.

De voornaamste taken binnen deze functie zijn de volgende:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het juist invoeren van de werken op het juiste tijdstip
  • Je werkt volgens de voorgeschreven richtlijnen en procedures van de invoerder en onze organisatie
  • Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht weet je een juiste inschatting te maken van de herstellingen en interventies
  • Het opmaken van een dagplanning en het verdelen van de uit te voeren taken
  • Het voorzien van de juiste tools & werkmiddelen
  • Communicatie schakel tussen de receptie en de werkplaats
  • Het interpreteren en doorlopen van de werkorders en de voorziene checklists
  • Het motiveren, begeleiden, aansturen en opvolgen van de autotechniekers
  • Je werkt actief mee in de werkplaats

Profiel

De ideale kandidaat is een servicegerichte professional met een hands on mentaliteit en een resultaatgerichte instelling. Je hebt al ervaring binnen de automotive en in een soortgelijke rol. Daarnaast beschik je over volgende competenties:

  • Sterke communicatie skills
  • Je bent klantgericht en stressbestendig
  • Ervaring met Trucks of gelijkgesteld
  • Het coach en motiveren van een team is jouw tweede natuur
  • Je bent resultaatgericht
