Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met een passie voor techniek? Heb je ervaring in het aansturen van een team en ben je bekend met de wereld van zwaar rollend materieel? Dan is de rol van werkplaatsverantwoordelijke bij onze garage en carrosserie iets voor jou!

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van de werkplaats. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, wijst taken toe aan je team en waarborgt de kwaliteit van alle reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Voel jij je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit voorop staan?

  • Kun je technische teams motiveren en aansteken voor excellentie?
  • Heb je ervaring met het coördineren van complexe werkprocessen?
  • Ben je op de hoogte van de veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften, met een focus op ADR-voertuigen?

Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke stuur je het technische team aan dat zich bezighoudt met de mechaniek en carrosserie van opleggers, ADR-voertuigen en zwaar materiaal. Je plant en prioriteert werkorders om een tijdige en kwalitatieve uitvoering te waarborgen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de voorraad onderdelen en het bestellen van benodigde materialen.

Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's in de werkplaats en ondersteunt hen bij complexe technische vraagstukken. Je organiseert het preventief onderhoud en stelt reparatieschema's op. Met jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen zorg je ervoor dat de werkplaats soepel draait.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende eisen:

  • Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van carrosserietechniek.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de techniek, bij voorkeur met zwaar rollend materieel, opleggers of ADR-voertuigen.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, met de vaardigheid om een team te motiveren en te sturen.
  • Kennis van wet- en regelgeving omtrent ADR-voertuigen en vrachtwagens is een pluspunt.
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om problemen snel en effectief op te lossen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om meerdere zaken tegelijk te beheren.
  • Een rijbewijs C of CE is een pre.
