  • Als Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke Carrosserie stuur je de dagelijkse werking van de werkvloer aan en volg je de activiteiten in de werkplaats op.
  • Je neemt de algemene leiding over de werkvloer en bewaakt de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je werft technisch personeel aan, leidt medewerkers op en begeleidt hen in hun dagelijkse werk.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan de techniekers en volgt de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden mee op.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de werkprocessen en bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid in de werkplaats.
  • Je stelt de werkplaatsplanning op, beheert die planning en volgt de stiptheid van de uitvoering op.
  • Je ziet toe op de netheid van de werkplaats, volgt het verbruik van paint- en non-paintproducten en energie op, en plaatst bestellingen van wisselstukken met opvolging van leveringen en kortingen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de carrosserie- of automotive sector
  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van de werkplaats in de carrosserie. Ongeveer 2-3 jaar ervaring in de carrosserieomgeving.
  • Klantvriendelijke en positieve ingesteldheid
  • Aantoonbaar leiderschap, zeker in een multiculturele werkomgeving – goede kennis van het Engels vereist
  • Geen 9-tot-5 mentaliteit
  • Praktische, enthousiaste en flexibele persoonlijkheid
  • Grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en een pragmatische aanpak
  • Kennis van planmanagementsoftware is een troef
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden
  • Je pakt problemen meteen aan
