Als Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van onze werkplaats:

  • Planning en verdeling van de werkzaamheden
  • Opvolging van herstellingen van A tot Z
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van de uitgevoerde werken
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van het team
  • Technische problemen analyseren en oplossen
  • Voertuigen uitlezen met professionele diagnoseapparatuur
  • Foutcodes correct interpreteren en opvolgen
  • Elektronische systemen controleren na carrosserieherstellingen
  • Wisselstukken controleren, correct identificeren en tijdig klaarleggen voor de geplande herstellingen en desbetreffende voertuigen
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid in de werkplaats bewaken
  • Overleg met klanten, experts en verzekeringsmaatschappijen

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in de carrosseriesector
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis van carrosserieherstellingen
  • Je hebt ervaring met voertuigdiagnose en elektronische systemen
  • Je kunt voertuigen uitlezen en foutcodes correct interpreteren en opvolgen
  • Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en begeleiden van een team
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt oplossingsgericht
