Jobomschrijving

Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van de werkplaats en ondersteunt de techniekers in hun planning en uitvoering.

  • Je maakt de dagelijkse planning van de techniekers op en bepaalt de prioriteiten voor onderhoud, diagnose, herstellingen en klaarmaakwerkzaamheden in de werkplaats.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden op, ondersteunt de medewerkers in de dagelijkse werking en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je motiveert collega’s, begeleidt hen bij het behalen van doelstellingen en zorgt voor een positieve werksfeer waarin teamwork en klantbeleving centraal staan.
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers bij het oplossen van moeilijke technische problemen aan voertuigen.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen werkplaats, service advisors en magazijn en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie binnen de naverkoop.
  • Je voert de finale kwaliteitscontrole uit voordat een voertuig aan de klant wordt afgeleverd.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie heb je ervaring binnen een naverkoopfunctie in de automotive sector.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in aftersales of naverkoop binnen de automotive sector.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al een team aangestuurd.
  • Je bent een people manager die medewerkers kan motiveren, coachen en inspireren om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en gestructureerd, kan plannen opstellen en bijsturen bij onvoorziene omstandigheden, en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt vlot met KPI’s, denkt procesmatig, volgt procedures consequent op en communiceert duidelijk om mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen en verbeteringen.
