Met hun uitgebreid productaanbod, uitstekende dienstverlening en sterk imago gaat onze klant zich gaan onderscheiden. Ze zijn 'official dealer' van verschillende merken uit de Volkswagengroup en kwalitatieve tweedehandswagens en kunnen zichzelf marktleider noemen regio Groot Gent en Meetjesland. Hun ruim 200 medewerkers staan elke dag klaar vanuit de 9 verschillende vestigingen. Hier werken mensen die dezelfde waarden delen: passie, respect en creativiteit. Ooit al gehoord van de uitdrukking: "Je kunt er van de vloer eten?" Wel, hier is dit zeker van toepassing. Alle 9 vestigingen zijn prachtig voorzien & op en top clean.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, opleiden en begeleiden van de mechaniekers.
  • Je zorgt voor de opmaak van een efficiënte planning alsook een vlotte organisatie van de werkplaats.
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijke op vlak van klantentevredenheid en kwaliteit, je voert zelf controles uit en optimaliseert processen waar nodig.
  • Je monitort de vooropgestelde KPI’s van de site en stuurt bij waar nodig i.f.v. productiviteit, efficiëntie en rentabiliteit.
  • Je onderhoudt jouw vakkennis en technische vaardigheden door het volgen van opleidingen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en springt bij waar nodig i.f.v. de noden van de afdeling/site/groep.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je bent gedreven door automechaniek en bovendien gebeten door de automotive.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte attitude: je hanteert een empathische aanpak en stelt alles in het werk om klanten tevreden te stellen.
  • Je beschikt over goede planning- en organisatievaardigheden. Dankzij jou loopt alles op wieltjes in de werkplaats.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring: medewerkers aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen is jou niet vreemd.
  • Behulpzaamheid, oplossingsgerichtheid en analytisch denken typeren jouw aanpak.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen indien nodig.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die waar nodig bijspringt.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
