Ben jij een geboren organisator met technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit? Heb je ervaring als site verantwoordelijke en haal je energie uit het aansturen van een team én het onderhouden van sterke klantenrelaties? Dan is dit jouw kans!

Als site verantwoordelijke ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de volledige werking van de site. Je combineert planning, people management en operationele opvolging met de nodige flexibiliteit om snel te schakelen waar nodig.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • De dagelijkse werking van de site organiseren, plannen en coördineren
  • Dispatching van chauffeurs, machines en materiaal optimaliseren
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega’s op het terrein
  • Toezien op veiligheid, orde en efficiëntie
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles en storingen signaleren
  • Zelf operationeel bijspringen met kraan of laadschop indien nodig

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring als site verantwoordelijke of in een gelijkaardige rol
  • Achtergrond in bouw, recyclage, logistiek of ontginning is een plus
  • Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met machines
  • Sterk in communicatie en het opbouwen van klantenrelaties
  • Flexibel ingesteld en in staat om snel te schakelen
  • Hands-on, oplossingsgericht en verantwoordelijk
  • Bereid om met kraan of laadschop te werken (of dit te leren)
  • Stipt, betrouwbaar en veiligheidsbewust
