  • Spil op de werkplaats, site en atelier
  • Schakel tussen het tekenbureau en de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat alles op technisch, organisatorisch en administratief vlak vlot verloopt.
  • Door je technische expertise en leiderschap weten teams exact wat er moet gebeuren en wanneer.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt tussen het tekenbureau en de uitvoerende teams (lassers, werkvoorbereiders, …).
  • Samen met de bestaande equipes sta je in voor het beheer en onderhoud van het materieel.
  • Af en toe je handen uit de mouwen steken schrikt je dus niet af
  • Je neemt een centrale rol op in de aankoop, planning en administratieve opvolging van de werkplaats.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het algemeen en preventief onderhoud van het machinepark.
  • Je stuurt een team van lassers aan en weet hen op een gedreven en motiverende manier te begeleiden.

Ben jij de persoon die we zoeken?

  • Je behaalde min. een Bachelor in een technische richting VB. elektromechanica
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent een betrouwbaar teamlid.
  • Interne en externe communicatie verloopt steeds correct.
  • Naast Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van o.a. mechanica, pneumatica, elektriciteit, hydraulica en PLC’s.
  • Je bent communicatief, assertief en neemt vlot verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring in of affiniteit met het aansturen van technische teams in een werkplaats- of productieomgeving.
  • Basiskennis van las- en testprocedures en van lastechnieken zoals TIG en MIG/MAG (voor verschillende metalen).
  • Kennis van 2D- en 3D‑CAD‑programma’s zoals Inventor, Navisworks en AutoCAD.
  • Materiaalkennis van RVS, CS en aluminium.
  • Ervaring met prefabricage en assemblage van leidingwerk in een lasatelier.
  • Ervaring met industriële piping systemen (DIN en ANSI) voor vloeistoffen en gassen is een pluspunt.
  • VCA Vol
  • Tot slot kan je ook administratief punctueel werken.
