Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke trainee

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als coördinator werkplaats ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en organisatie binnen de werkplaats. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werking, optimale service en hoge kwaliteit. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het opvolgen van de voortgang van werkzaamheden, van bestelling tot oplevering
  • Het aansturen van het team en het optimaliseren van processen
  • Begeleiding van medewerkers via DAF e-learning en opvolging van ISO- en CER-richtlijnen
  • Beheer van technische documentatie van IVECO en DAF
  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij het wervingsproces van nieuwe medewerkers

In deze veelzijdige rol ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen de organisatie.

PROFIEL

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde en ervaren professional die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Je bent proactief, pragmatisch en beschikt over natuurlijk leiderschap
  • Je hebt sterke people-managementvaardigheden en weet je team te motiveren
  • Je beschikt over kennis van mechanica, hydraulica, pneumatica en de bedrijfsvoertuigensector
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur in de vrachtwagen- of autosector
  • Je bent sterk in administratieve opvolging en procesbeheer
  • Je kan je vlot verplaatsen naar de site in Hooglede
