Voor een klant in Bornem zijn wij op zoek naar een werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.

Deze rol omvat het leiden van een klein team van mecaniciens en het rapporteren aan de service coördinator. De werkplaats is gespecialiseerd in het onderhoud en de reparatie van bedrijfsvoertuigen van de merken DAF en Fiat Professional.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van herstellingen en onderhoudswerken aan bestelwagens

Technische leiding nemen binnen de werkplaats en het team aansturen

Coachen en ondersteunen van een team van mecaniciens

  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de planning en werkverdeling
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

Wat vragen wij?

  • Een technisch diploma autotechnologie en enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie

Leidinggevende ervaring of de bereidheid om deze stap te zetten

  • Goede kennis van elektronica en nauwgezet zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Vaardigheid om vlot met de computer te werken
  • Het vermogen om een goede relatie met klanten en medewerkers uit te bouwen
