Voor een organisatie in Tilburg zoeken wij een enthousiaste werkplekbeheerder die graag dicht bij de gebruiker staat en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de IT. Over de rol Als werkplekbeheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de IT-werkplekken. Je ondersteunt gebruikers on-site, zorgt voor stabiele werkplekken en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inrichten, beheren en onderhouden van werkplekken (laptops, desktops, mobiele devices); - Installeren, configureren en vervangen van hardware en software; - Oplossen van 1e en 2e lijns incidenten op locatie; - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts en rechten in Active Directory en Microsoft 365; - Uitvoeren van updates, patches en basisbeheer; - Ondersteunen bij migraties en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers; - Registreren van meldingen en documenteren van oplossingen.
