Dit is een unieke positie om in korte tijd ervaring op te doen als werkplekbeheerder in regio Amsterdam. Wat igen voor jou kan betekenen: - Leerzame en uitdagende projecten bij verschillende toonaangevende opdrachtgevers; - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.560 en €3.250, afhankelijk van je vooropleiding en werkervaring; - Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je ieder jaar tot 10% kunt groeien in salaris; - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; - Volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding of een leaseauto; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd, zoals het behalen van certificaten en het volgen van trainingen, cursussen of opleidingen. Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Jouw rol als werkplekbeheerder: Als werkplekbeheerder los je on-site tickets op. Naast het oplossen van deze tickets plaats, vervang of verhuis je regelmatig werkplekken en verricht je daarbij behorende taken zoals het patchen van werkplekken en bijhouden van het CMDB. Ook beman je regelmatig de ICT servicebalie waar gebruikers fysiek langs kunnen komen met hun vragen of voor het ophalen van nieuwe hardware. Waarom jij bij de functie past: - Je hebt minimaal je mbo-niveau 3 of 4 ICT diploma in the pocket; - Je bent flexibel, kan goed zelfstandig werken en hebt doorzettingsvermogen; - Volledige beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in zowel woord als geschrift; - Je hebt ervaring met Usermanagement in Active Directory en wee...
