Als werkplekbeheerder bij KBITE ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, onderhouden en optimaliseren van de werkplekken van onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle netwerkapparatuur en werkplekken (laptops, desktops, applicaties) goed functioneren en levert technische ondersteuning bij complexe vraagstukken. Je werkt mee aan grotere projecten en helpt klanten bij het verbeteren van hun werkplekinfrastructuur. Je taken zijn onder andere: - Meewerken aan grotere projecten en verbeteringen. - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van uitbreidingen en wijzigingen bij klanten van werkplekken en andere apparatuur. - Het implementeren van beveiligingsmaatregelen voor werkplekken. - Het implementeren en up-to-date houden van end-points bij de klant. - Het bieden van technische ondersteuning voor gebruikers bij technische problemen en vragen. - Ondersteunen bij het configureren en installeren van werkplekken en applicaties. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau of tenminste 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. - Je hebt ervaring met het beheren van werkplekken, laptops, desktops en softwareapplicaties. - Je bent bekend met Microsoft 365, Windows en andere veelgebruikte werkplekapplicaties. - Je hebt ervaring met het implementeren van beveiligingsmaatregelen op werkplekken. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - In bezit van rijbewijs B.
