Het betreft een leuke, uitdagende rol waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt om verbeteringen op IT-gebied aan te kaarten en door te voeren. Naast werkplekbeheer verricht je ook applicatie-, systeem-, en netwerkbeheer-taken. Je hoeft je dus zeker niet te vervelen! Klinkt dit als iets voor jou? Als igen'er mag je rekenen op: - Leerzame en uitdagende projecten bij verschillende toonaangevende opdrachtgevers; - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.610 en €3.250, afhankelijk van je vooropleiding en werkervaring; - Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je ieder jaar tot 10% kunt groeien in salaris; - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; - Volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding of een leaseauto; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd, zoals het behalen van certificaten en het volgen van trainingen, cursussen of opleidingen. Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Wat zijn jouw werkzaamheden als IT werkplekbeheerder? - Je biedt proactief ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers op het gebied van diverse hard- en software; - Je bent dé schakel tussen eindgebruikers en de centrale ICT-afdeling en weet prioriteiten te stellen; - Je participeert actief in diverse IT-verbetertrajecten, zoals migraties van zowel hard- als software en het verbeteren van netwerken of Cloud-beheer; - Naast werkplekbeheer neem je ook systeem-, netwerk-, en applicatiebeheer-taken op je; - Je ondersteunt meer dan 150 medewerkers voor de hard- en software op de werkplek.
