Voor onze afdeling ICT zijn wij op zoek naar een bevlogen Helpdesk en Werkplekondersteuner ICT . Wat ga je doen? Als Helpdesk en Werkplekondersteuner ICT ben je eerste aanspreekpu nt voor onze medewerkers bij ICT gerelateerde zaken. Je biedt technische ondersteuning binnen diverse zorgapplicaties ( Evresys , IQM & Mobotix ) en ingerichte zorgprocessen. Je beoordeelt problemen op urgentie en lost eerstelijns problemen op . Je denkt mee aan toekomstgerichte oplossingen en pakt nieuwe ICT-projecten op zoals uitrol van nieuwe zorgapplicaties of nieuwe hardware . Een gevarieerde baan waarbij je zowel telefonisch als op de diverse locaties support biedt aan onze medewerkers. Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van ons zorgoproep systeem. Het ICT-team is volop in beweging en ontwikkeling. De afgelopen jaren heeft Sint Jacob een transitie naar de Cloud doorlopen en is volledig gaan werken met nieuwe zorgoproepsystemen. Dit geeft nieuwe mogelijkheden in de organisatie en is voor jou dus ook een perfect leertraject om je kennis en kunde verder te ontwikkelen ! Kandidaatprofiel Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wie ben jij? Als Helpdesk en Werkplekondersteuner ICT beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je in staat om gestructureerd en probleemoplossend te werken. Je neemt initiatief en bent flexibel in het aangaan van nieuwe uitdagingen. Je bent een teamspeler die goed functioneert in een collegiale en betrokken werksfeer, en je streeft naar persoonlijke en professionele groei binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.
