Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Werksleitung - Produktion Betonfertigteile m / w / d Als Werksleitung am Standort Wöllersdorf bringst du deine technische Expertise ein, koordinierst Prozess- und Fertigungsschritte ähnlich einer "Baustelle unter Dach" (Schalung Bewehrung, Betonierung etc.) und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im projektbezogen arbeitenden Produktionsalltag. Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Lösungsorientierung arbeitest du dich rasch in neue Themen ein und verfolgst auch anspruchsvolle Projekte und Herausforderungen mit der nötigen Konsequenz. Dabei sind unsere Mitarbeitenden für dich nicht nur Teil des Teams, sondern wichtige Partner auf dem gemeinsamen Weg zum Erfolg.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

* Disziplinäre Führung von ca. 100 Stamm-Mitarbeitenden in unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen der Fertigung, die sowohl manuelle Tätigkeiten als auch maschinengestützte Produktionsprozesse umfassen

* Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft mit Fokus auf Qualität, Produktivität und Liefertreue

* Entwicklung von Strategien zur Verbesserung von Produktqualität und Arbeitssicherheit sowie zur Senkung der Produktionskosten

* Analyse technischer Prozesse und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Digitalisierung

* Aktive Mitwirkung an standortübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Abläufen

Das bringst Du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in der Bauwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung (z.B. Bauleiter, Polier)

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der produzierenden Industrie oder Bauwirtschaft; Kenntnisse der Betontechnologie sind von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit Methoden der Operational Excellence (z.B. Lean Management, Six Sigma, KVP...)

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie die Motivation, die Weiterentwicklung des Standortes aktiv mitzugestalten

* Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Eigenmotivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
