Dann übernehmen Sie bei uns eine Schlüsselrolle zwischen Diagnose, Organisation und Teamführung.Ihre Aufgaben - technisch anspruchsvoll & verantwortungsvoll

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Serviceberatung und Werkstatt

* Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Werkstattauslastung

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Werkstattteams

* Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten, effizienten Auftragsabwicklung nach Herstellervorgaben

* Qualitätskontrolle und Einhaltung aller technischen Standards

* Unterstützung des Teams bei technischen Fragestellungen und komplexen Reparaturen

* Aktive Mitwirkung an kontinuierlicher Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserung

Ihr Profil - Technik ist Ihre Stärke

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Techniker (Meister von Vorteil)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bereits in leitender Funktion

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis - von Mechanik bis moderner Fahrzeugdiagnose

* Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Entscheidungsstärke

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Augenhöhe - mit Kunden wie auch im Team

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen

* Begeisterung für die Marken VW, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, CUPRA und VW Nutzfahrzeuge

* Führerschein Klasse B
