Für ein renommiertes Autohaus mit Standorten in Klagenfurt und Villach suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen und engagierten Werkstättenleiter (m/w/d), der die Führung und Organisation der Werkstatt übernimmt und das Team erfolgreich leitet.

Das zeichnet dich aus:

Lehrabschluss als KFZ-Techniker (m/w/d) mit Praxis oder Kundendienstmitarbeiter (mw/d) mit guter Ausbildung im KFZ Bereich

Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position in der KFZ-Werkstatt

Führungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

Technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung mit modernen Diagnosegeräten

HV (Hochvolt) Ausbildung vom Vorteil

Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (Werkstattsoftware, MS Office)

Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Kundenorientiertes Denken und kommunikatives Auftreten

Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die Leitung und Organisation der gesamten Werkstatt

Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und Kundenzufriedenheit

Koordination und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe sowie termingerechten Fertigstellung von Aufträgen

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Werkstattteams

Beratung der Kunden zu Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten sowie Kostenvoranschläge

Mitarbeit an der Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung bei komplexen technischen Problemen

Einhaltung und Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften
