Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort für unsere Zentrale in 1230 Wien 1 WERKSTATTLEITUNG (M/W/X) Moderne Technik, zuverlässige Abläufe und ein starkes Team sind die Grundlage unseres Erfolgs. Damit unsere Kräne, Bühnen und Spezialgeräte jederzeit sicher und einsatzbereit zur Verfügung stehen, braucht es eine professionell geführte Werkstatt und klare Prozesse im Hintergrund.

Wir bei PRANGL setzen auf höchste Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards. Als Werkstättenleiter_in übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Unternehmen: Sie koordinieren Ihr Team, organisieren die Werkstattabläufe, stellen die Einsatzbereitschaft unseres Fuhr- und Geräteparks sicher und sorgen gemeinsam mit angrenzenden Bereichen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Führung und Motivation des 26 köpfigen Werkstattteams in unserer Zentrale in Wien

* Verantwortung für Service, Reparatur und Wartung des etwa 450 Geräte umfassenden Fuhrparks mit besonderen Fokus auf Großkran

* Überwachung unserer Gerätequalität und unserer Sicherheitsstandards

* Facility Management (Gebäude-Instandhaltung und Überprüfungen)

* Einkauf von Ersatzteilen und Überwachung des Lagerbestandes

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Technische Ausbildung auf Meister- oder HTL-Niveau

* Fundierte Erfahrung im Werkstatt- oder Instandhaltungsumfeld sowie in der Steuerung von Werkstattabläufen

* Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter_innen zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln

* Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Teamorientierung und Vorbildwirkung

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen

* Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Servicebewusstsein

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

* Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
