Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat LaRock Werkt online zichtbaar is en onze vacatures onder de aandacht komen bij de juiste doelgroep. Je gaat vooral lekker zelf aan de slag. Je maakt content voor onze socialmediakanalen, helpt bij Meta-advertenties en schrijft en publiceert vacatureteksten. Heb je een goed idee voor een post, campagne of video? Dan horen we dat juist graag! We willen daarnaast steeds meer met video doen. Ben jij handig met de camera en weet je hoe je een korte video monteert? Dan kun je daar bij ons volop mee experimenteren. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Content bedenken, maken en publiceren voor Instagram, Facebook en LinkedIn. - Ondersteunen bij het maken en plaatsen van Meta-advertenties. - Schrijven, herschrijven en publiceren van vacatureteksten. - Meedenken over nieuwe contentideeën en campagnes. - Helpen bij het maken en bewerken van korte video's. - Ondersteunen bij andere communicatie- en recruitmentmarketingactiviteiten. Over de opdrachtgever LaRock Werkt brengt werkgevers en kandidaten bij elkaar voor vaste functies in diverse functies en branches. Dat doen we persoonlijk, nuchter en met aandacht voor goede matches. Je werkt in een klein en betrokken team van 6 collega's waarin recruitment, sales en marketing nauw samenwerken. We werken samen hard voor mooie resultaten maar vinden gezelligheid ook belangrijk; een escape room, potje padel of een borrel doen we dan ook naast het werk. Vereisten - Je volgt een mbo-, hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld richting Communicatie, Marketing, Media of Commerciële Economie. - Je schrijft goed Nederlands en vindt het leuk om met tekst en content bezig te zijn. - Je hebt gevoel voor social media en online communicatie. - Je bent zelfstandig, nieuwsgierig en durft met ideeën te komen. - Ervaring met Canva, Meta of a...
