Technische bijbaan Amsterdam 24-32 uur , 32-40 uur Ben jij op zoek naar een leuke bijbaan? Ga aan de slag op een moderne en gezellige werkplek vlakbij station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA. De organisatie registreert onroerende zaken binnen Amsterdam en houdt wijzigingen bij. Er zijn meerdere afdelingen die ieder een eigen specialisatie hebben. Denk hierbij aan de gebruikers van het vastgoed, het technisch verwerken van de bouwkundige objecten in de systemen of het afhandelen van de juridische zaken waar deze organisatie mee te maken krijgt. Ook wordt er veel aandacht besteed aan persoonlijke contact en plezier hebben in je werk. Dit zorgt voor een leuke bedrijfscultuur waarin je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen. Het is een duidelijk en afgebakend project, met verschillende administratieve taken, waar je in een divers team met anderen samenwerkt. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat aan de slag binnen het team dat zich bezighoudt met WOZ, onroerend goed en databeheer. Je verwerkt en controleert verschillende soorten gegevens en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van onze systemen. Dit zijn een paar voorbeelden van je werkzaamheden: - Je beoordeelt binnengekomen bezwaren en zet deze door naar de juiste collega of afdeling; - Je verwerkt aanpassingen in het systeem, bijvoorbeeld bij verbouwingen of splitsingen van panden; - Je controleert en actualiseert gegevens over objecten en subjecten; - Je helpt bij het opstellen en versturen van brieven en andere communicatie naar inwoners en betrokken partijen; - Je ruimt digitale databestanden op en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van onze databases; - Je ondersteunt bij het maken van rapportages en het bouwen of optimaliseren van dashboards. Vanaf december 2025 ga je aan de slag met een project binnen een ander team. Je bekijkt, aan de hand van satellietfoto's, de voortgang van bouwprojecten binnen de gemeente.
