Bij Loyens & Loeff maken de bedrijfsfuncties steeds vaker gebruik van AI, automatisering en data om de levering van interne diensten te verbeteren. Teams zoals AI Solutions, Innovation, Data & Analytics, IT en Legal Risk & Compliance werken aan praktische verbeteringen van workflows, rapportages, kennisprocessen en interne tools. We zijn op zoek naar twee werkstudenten die deze bedrijfsfuncties twee dagen per week kunnen ondersteunen, afhankelijk van waar de behoefte en impact het grootst zijn. Wat ga je doen? · Ondersteuning van bedrijfsafdelingen bij het analyseren van werkprocessen, het in kaart brengen van verbetermogelijkheden en het vertalen van behoeften naar concrete vereisten; · Meewerken aan het structureren en verbeteren van operationele processen, zoals projectaanmelding, voortgangsbewaking, rapportage, documentatie en feedbackcycli; · Meewerken aan initiatieven op het gebied van AI, automatisering, data en werkprocessen door te helpen bij het verduidelijken van vereisten, het voorbereiden van materiaal, het testen van oplossingen en het documenteren van resultaten; · Meewerken aan het testen, evalueren en verbeteren van prototypes, interne tools en geïmplementeerde oplossingen; · Duidelijke interne documentatie, handleidingen en procesbeschrijvingen opstellen voor zakelijke gebruikers; · De coördinatie tussen belanghebbenden op zakelijk, technisch, juridisch en operationeel gebied ondersteunen.
