Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelf dingen op te pakken. Van social content en campagnes tot employer branding en het bedenken van nieuwe manieren om mensen enthousiast te maken over Good Company. En omdat we geloven dat goede content begint bij goede verhalen, werk je veel samen met onze collega's en leer je de organisatie van binnenuit kennen. Daarnaast werk je intensief samen met twee andere studerende dames! - Meedenken over onze contentstrategie en socialmediakanalen. - Ideeën bedenken voor posts, video's, campagnes en andere creatieve content. - Trends op Instagram, TikTok en LinkedIn spotten en vertalen naar Good Company. - Content maken waarmee we laten zien wie we zijn, hoe we werken en waarom mensen bij ons willen werken. - Meedenken over employer branding en hoe we Good Company als werkgever sterker neerzetten. - Samenwerken met marketing en Talent Acquisition. - Nieuwe ideeën bedenken en vooral: ze ook gewoon uitvoeren.
