Voor onze afdeling Finance & Control zoeken we twee enthousiaste werkstudenten die ieder ons team voor gemiddeld 16 uur (0.4 fte) in de week komen versterken. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om werkervaring op te doen, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen én je werk gedurende de week flexibel te combineren met je studie. Waar ga je werken? Christelijke Onderwijsgroep Vallei & Gelderland-Midden (COG) bestaat uit zeven scholen voor voortgezet en middelbaar beroepsonderwijs. Vanuit Finance & Control ondersteunen we deze scholen bij hun financiële administratie en bedrijfsvoering. Zo draag je met jouw werk bij aan goed onderwijs. Binnen Finance & Control werken we als team. We helpen elkaar, verdelen het werk en springen bij als dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd krijg je voldoende ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Dat betekent: vrijheid waar het kan, verantwoordelijkheid waar het moet. Wat ga je doen? Eén van je belangrijkste taken is het controleren en verwerken van inkomende facturen. Daarnaast ondersteun je het team bij de dagelijkse financiële administratie. Je houdt je bezig met: - opvragen van ontbrekende informatie en signaleren van onjuistheden; - beantwoorden van vragen over facturen en afstemmen met collega's en leveranciers; - bijhouden van financiële gegevens en ondersteunen bij andere administratieve werkzaamheden; - signaleren waar systemen beter benut kunnen worden en werkzaamheden slimmer kunnen en meedenken over verbeteringen. Zo leer je hoe een financiële administratie werkt en zie je welke financiële stromen er zijn binnen het onderwijs. Wat verwachten wij van je?
