In deze rol ben je essentieel binnen de financiële administratie. In deze rol ben je essentieel voor het tijdig, correct en volledig verwerken van inkoopfacturen, bankmutaties en leveranciersgegevens binnen de financiële administratie. Ben jij (per voorkeur) per direct beschikbaar (voor 24-40 uur per week) en werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd? In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat onze crediteurenadministratie soepel blijft verlopen en draag je bij aan de continuïteit binnen ons Finance Team. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkstudent Financiële Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, volledige verwerking van de crediteurenadministratie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de Finance afdeling en onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders. De rol levert een directe bijdrage aan een betrouwbare financiële administratie, correcte betalingen, transparante verplichtingen en een soepel opererend financieel proces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en boeken van bankmutaties - Klaarzetten van betalingen in de bank - Verwerken en boeken van nationale en internationale inkoopfacturen - Controleren van inkoopfacturen op juistheid, voll...
