Der Job * Unterstützung des Asset Management Teams bei der team- und prozessorientierten Steuerung eines Teils des österreichischen Immobilienportfolios * Einblicke in die Zusammenarbeit mit den Property Management Units zur transparenten Darstellung von Mietverträgen, Flächen, Umsätzen und objektbezogenen Kosten * Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Portfolioanalysen sowie unterstützenden Meetings * Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen für eine effiziente Immobiliensteuerung * Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Management Reports als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen * Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben, wie Reisekostenabrechnungen, Dokumentenmanagement sowie Datenpflege und Qualitätssicherung in relevanten Systemen * Eigenständiges Einbringen von Ideen und Optimierungsvorschlägen

Ihr Profil * Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit technischem, wirtschaftlichem oder immobilienspezifischem Schwerpunkt * Erste praktische Erfahrungen, idealerweise im Asset Management, Corporate Real Estate oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld, von Vorteil * Interesse an Immobilienmanagement, Portfoliosteuerung und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen * Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement * Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint * Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis * Professionelles Auftreten sowie gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten * kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
