Hier pas je jouw theoretische kennis direct toe in de praktijk en bouw je aan een waardevol netwerk voor na je afstuderen.

Wat bieden wij jou - Aantrekkelijk uurloon conform gemeente CAO - Optie tot thuiswerken! - Deel flexibel je eigen uren in tussen 8:30 - 17:00 - Werken naast station Zaandam! - Bouw werkervaring op! - Contract van 1 jaar met optie om langer te werken!

Wie ben jij - Je volgt een HBO- of WO-opleiding (minimaal 2e-jaars) - Geen gemeente-ervaring nodig! Wij geloven dat de juiste instelling en soft skills het belangrijkst zijn. Ervaring bij de overheid is dus géén eis. - Je bent goed met mensen, klantgericht en voelt haarfijn aan hoe je iemand in emotie weer op zijn/haar gemak stelt. - Je bent 24 tot 36 uur per week inzetbaar tussen 08:30 en 17:00 uur.

Wat ga je doen Bij Gemeente Zaanstad is het KCC niet zomaar een callcenter: jij handelt een heel groot gedeelte van de vragen zelfstandig van A tot Z af. Je bent een luisterend oor, denkt mee en zoekt naar oplossingen.

- Complexe inhoud afhandelen: Je krijgt vragen over uiteenlopende onderwerpen zoals een WOZ-aanslag, parkeervergunningen, betalingsregelingen of het aanvragen van een uitkering. - Omgaan met emoties: Soms krijg je boze of emotionele inwoners aan de lijn, bijvoorbeeld door financiële zorgen of schulden. Jij weet rustig te blijven, de-escaleert de situatie en brengt met een tikkeltje luchtigheid weer balans in het gesprek. - Werken met een strak dagrooster: Omdat de bereikbaarheid voor inwoners essentieel is, werk je met een strak ingedeeld rooster. Je begin- en eindtijden (tussen 08:30 en 17:00 uur) en pauzes staan vast. - Webcare & Socials: Na verloop van tijd pak je ook webcare-diensten op en houd je de soci
