Bij Netwerk Acute Zorg Brabant (NAZB) werken we dagelijks aan onderzoek dat bijdraagt aan betere zorg en waardevolle inzichten oplevert voor patiënten en zorgprofessionals. Om ons onderzoeksteam te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige werkstudent! In deze functie krijg je de kans om waardevolle praktijkervaring op te doen binnen wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Je levert direct een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en voortgang van onze projecten, en dat allemaal naast je studie. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je benadert en includeert patiënten voor onderzoek. - Je voert telefonische follow-up gesprekken met deelnemers. - Je controleert, verwerkt en coodeert onderzoeksgegevens. - Je bewaakt scherp de kwaliteit en volledigheid van alle onderzoeksdata. - Je ondersteunt de onderzoekers actief bij de dagelijkse uitvoering van de projecten. Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris & toeslagen Je krijgt een salaris van 3.228,- bruto per maand volgens FWG 45 op basis van 36 uur per week (fulltime). Omgerekend is dat ongeveer €20,70 per uur. Je ontvangt daarnaast vakantietoeslag, een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, reiskostenvergoeding en aanvulling bij reizen met de fiets. Deze functie valt onder de generieke functie Research medewerker B. - Arbeidsovereenkomst Je krijgt een 0-urencontract. Het aantal uren varieert per week en ligt tussen de vier en twaalf uur, afhankelijk van de werkzaamheden. Je plant je uren in overleg flexibel in en verdeelt ze over de dagen die jou het beste passen. - Vakantie & extra's Als oproepkracht ontvang je in plaats van vakantie-uren en persoonlijk levensfasebudget (PLB) een toeslag op je uurloon.
