The posting

Technische bijbaan Amsterdam 24-32 uur Je gaat aan de slag bij een groeiend advies- en ingenieursbureau, gespecialiseerd in het bieden van ondersteuning bij projecten in de openbare ruimtes. De kennis over BLVC-plannen zetten ze in bij infrastructurele projecten, dit zijn plannen rondom Bereikbaarheid, Leefbaarheid, Veiligheid en Communicatie. In dit plan worden alle afspraken, maatregelen en verantwoordelijkheden gezet die nodig zijn rondom een bouwproject. In de gemeente Amsterdam wordt er bijvoorbeeld al jaren gewerkt aan 'minder hinder' voor de omgeving bij het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte. Een instrument die daarvoor wordt ingezet is het BLVC-plan. Projecten waar onze opdrachtgever bij zijn betrokken zijn bijvoorbeeld ook van aannemers in de GWW bouw en infra en Waternet. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat je bezig houden met het opstellen van de BLVC plannen en technisch tekenen in AutoCAD van verschillende civiele projecten. Zo wordt er in grote projecten eerst een hoofdlijnenplan opgesteld, waarin de verschillende faseringen op globaal niveau worden beschreven. Daarna wordt er voor de start van een nieuwe fase een plan opgesteld op detailniveau. Door deze grote projecten heeft de opdrachtgever wat extra hulp nodig voor het opstellen van de plannen en het controleren hiervan. De plannen moeten technisch uitvoerbaar zijn en voldoen aan alle eisen door de opdrachtgever van het project en de gemeente hebben opgesteld. Zo wordt er veel geschakeld tussen de verschillende belanghebbende, wat ook kan behoren tot een van jouw taken tijdens jouw werkdag.
