Als Talent Sourcer bij Evoke ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuw talent, zoals Career Coaches en ondersteunende functies. Als Werkstudent bij Evoke speel je een belangrijke rol in het versterken van onze recruitmentprocessen en het binden van professionals. Je bent de motor achter onze interne personeelsgroei. Je zorgt ervoor dat we voortdurend in contact staan met nieuw talent en weet precies waar je hen kunt vinden en hoe je hen enthousiast maakt over Evoke. Proactief zoek je naar professionals die passen bij onze organisatie en benader je hen met relevante boodschappen op het juiste moment. Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers om de functiebehoeften te begrijpen en vertaalt deze naar gerichte en creatieve wervingsstrategieën. Dagelijks bouw je sterke talentpools op en onderhoud je contact met potentiële kandidaten via diverse kanalen, zodat zij zich verbonden blijven voelen met Evoke. In het eerste selectieproces speel je een cruciale rol: je screent kandidaten telefonisch, verstuurt tests en controleert referenties. Je presenteert de beste kandidaten aan de hiring manager en plant sollicitatiegesprekken in. Met duidelijke doelen in het achterhoofd haal je motivatie uit het behalen van resultaten.
