Technische bijbaan Rotterdam 24-32 uur , 32-40 uur Als werkstudent werkvoorbereider ga je aan de slag bij een organisatie die verantwoordelijk is voor de waardering van woningen en gebouwen voor verschillende gemeenten en waterschappen. Door de uitbreiding met een nieuwe gemeente is er volop werk te doen. Jij helpt om bouwgegevens en oppervlaktes nauwkeurig vast te leggen, dit is belangrijk en nauwkeurig werk dat direct invloed heeft op de WOZ-waardering. En dat doe je samen met een betrokken team waar iedereen elkaar graag helpt. Wat ga je doen? Als werkstudent werkvoorbereider speel jij een belangrijke rol bij het uitvoeren van de Wet WOZ. Die wet bepaalt de waarde van huizen en gebouwen in Nederland, wat onder andere wordt gebruikt voor de belastingheffing. Je gaat aan de slag met het inmeten van gebruiksoppervlakten van woningen met behulp van BlueBeam. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze gegevens goed in het systeem komen te staan, zodat alles klopt wanneer de taxateur aan de slag gaat. Daarnaast verwerk je wijzigingen aan woningen, zoals nieuwe dakkapellen, aanbouwen of opbouwen. Met behulp van satellietfoto's zie je precies wat er is veranderd, en jij zorgt ervoor dat die informatie wordt verwerkt in het systeem. Zo draag je direct bij aan actuele en betrouwbare woninginformatie. Wat wordt er van jou verwacht? Om aan de slag te kunnen als werkstudent werkvoorbereider: - Heb je technisch inzicht en al wat ervaring met een tekenprogramma zoals Revit of AutoCAD; - Volg je een opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde of Built Environment; - Ben je minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar, voor minimaal 10 maanden; - Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je komt te werken in een gezellig en divers team waar ruimte is om te leren, vragen te stellen en waar ook tijd is voor een lolletje. Je ontvangt een brutosalaris van €16,22 per uur (schaal 6, trede 0 volgens de gemeentelijke cao) en daarnaast krijg je 7,55% eindejaarsuitkering en 8,33% v...
