Werktuigkundige/Monteur | €4.500 - €5.000 | 40 | MBO | Nieuwdorp ervaren werktuigkundige met leiderschapskwaliteiten Wat ga je doen? - Als Hoofd Werktuigkundige/Monteur draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het technisch beheer van diverse installaties op de terminal in Vlissingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat verwerkingsinstallaties, waterzuiveringsinstallaties, pompen en stoom- en warmwaterinstallaties optimaal functioneren. Je bent hands-on betrokken bij het oplossen van storingen, het uitvoeren van onderhoud en het nemen van noodmaatregelen bij technische uitdagingen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je met het doornemen van de status van de installaties en systemen. Je analyseert storingen, coördineert het onderhoud en stuurt waar nodig het team aan. Je werkt actief mee aan het opstellen en implementeren van technische instructies en procedures en zorgt ervoor dat alles voldoet aan de hoogste veiligheidsnormen. Je hebt oog voor procesverbetering en werkt nauw samen met je teamleden aan hun ontwikkeling.
