Als Werkverantwoordelijke bij A.HakHak zorg jij dat elektrotechnisch werk veilig en goed wordt uitgevoerd. Jij bepaalt hoe het werk wordt aangepakt, stelt werkplannen en schakelbrieven op en beoordeelt de risico's. Je controleert of alles klopt: van vergunningen tot tekeningen. Gaat er iets niet goed? Dan grijp jij in. Je schakelt dagelijks met monteurs, opdrachtgevers, werkvoorbereiders en collega's. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering, voert werkplekinspecties uit en zorgt dat iedereen veilig werkt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail komen hierbij goed van pas. Ook begeleid je het proces bij incidenten of ongevallen. Jij weet wie wat mag doen en zorgt dat het werk pas start als alles klopt. Je werkt volgens de richtlijnen van de netbeheerder en zorgt dat alle processen netjes worden gevolgd. Daarnaast draai jij je hand niet om voor de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je beoordeelt monteurs op basis van hun certificaten en wijst taken toe; - Je overlegt met netbeheerders zoals Stedin over veiligheid en uitvoering; - Je signaleert knelpunten in de voorbereiding en voorkomt vertraging buiten; - Je bespreekt het VGM-beleid op locatie en vergroot de veiligheidsbewustwording; - Je denkt actief mee over hoe we onze werkwijze nóg beter en veiliger maken. Functie-eisen - Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde technische MBO 4 opleiding; - Je hebt aanvullende cursussen behaald op het vakgebied laagspanning of bent bereid deze via ons te halen; - Je bent in het bezit van een WV-BEI LS-certificaat of bent bereid deze via ...
