Met jouw expertise stel je werkplannen op, geef je aanwijzingen aan uitvoerende teams en houd je toezicht op de naleving van veiligheidsmaatregelen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen binnen en buiten en creëert vertrouwen bij collega's, opdrachtgevers en stakeholders. Ben jij op zoek naar een uniek kijkje in de dag van een Werkverantwoordelijke bij Van Gelder? Jouw toekomstige collega neemt je mee in zijn dag! "Om 7:00 start ik mijn dag op kantoor in Zwolle. Hier werk ik de planning bij voor de regio's Zwolle (hoofdleidingen) en Hoogeveen, waar ik verantwoordelijk voor ben. Op kantoor voer ik gesprekken met uitvoerders en projectcoördinatoren om inzichtelijk te maken welke lopende werken er zijn en waar nog plannen voor gemaakt moeten worden. Vervolgens maak ik een plan voor de rest van de dag. Ik ga zo naar ons kantoor in Hoogeveen rijden, maar ik check van te voren even of er een project op de route ligt. Hier kan ik dan onderweg stoppen om werkplannen te overhandigen aan de monteurs of om een kwaliteitscontrole op veiligheid uit te voeren. " Bij Van Gelder staat veiligheid altijd centraal. Ons werk brengt risico's met zich mee, maar dankzij jouw inzet als Werkverantwoordelijke zorgen we ervoor dat iedereen veilig thuiskomt. In deze functie zorg jij dat projecten vlekkeloos verlopen volgens de BEI- of VIAG-richtlijnen. Jij stelt bedienings- en veiligheidsplannen op, minimaliseert risico's en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de regels worden uitgevoerd.
