Voor een landelijke speler in de ondergrondse infrastructuur zoeken wij een werkverantwoordelijke elektra op de vestiging in Ridderkerk. Organisatie Je komt te werken bij de grootste bedrijfstak binnen de organisatie, met zo'n 450 collega's verdeeld over vier regio's in Nederland. Jouw standplaats wordt Ridderkerk, waar je dagelijks schakelt met monteurs, opdrachtgevers, werkvoorbereiders en collega's. Je weet wie wat mag doen en zorgt dat het werk pas start als alles klopt, volgens de richtlijnen van de netbeheerder. De sfeer is nuchter en collegiaal, met een niet lullen maar poetsen mentaliteit, maar tegelijk altijd ruimte voor een goede bak koffie en een grapje. Er wordt stilgestaan bij verjaardagen en jubilea, en jaarlijks is er een familiedag, een zomerbarbecue en teamuitjes. Functie Als werkverantwoordelijke zorg jij dat elektrotechnisch werk veilig en goed wordt uitgevoerd. - Werkplannen en schakelbrieven opstellen, risico's beoordelen en controleren of alles klopt, van vergunningen tot tekeningen - Toezicht houden op de uitvoering, werkplekinspecties uitvoeren en zorgen dat iedereen veilig werkt - Monteurs beoordelen op basis van hun certificaten en taken toewijzen - Overleggen met netbeheerders zoals Stedin over veiligheid en uitvoering - Knelpunten in de voorbereiding signaleren en vertraging buiten voorkomen - Het VGM beleid op locatie bespreken en de veiligheidsbewustwording vergroten Functie-eisen - Met minimaal een afgeronde technische mbo 4 opleiding sta jij stevig in je vak - Aanvullende cursussen op het vakgebied laagspanning heb je behaald, of je bent bereid deze vi...
