Als Werkverantwoordelijke LS Distributie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en succesvol uitvoeren van projecten op het gebied van laagspanningsdistributie. Je ziet erop toe dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, wet- en regelgeving, en je zet je actief in om het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen het team te vergroten. Je richt je op het opstellen van veiligheidsplannen en het continu coachen en begeleiden van collega’s en extern personeel op het gebied van veiligheid. Je weet risico’s te signaleren, onveilige situaties te voorkomen en zorgt voor een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de begeleiding en ontwikkeling van leerling-monteurs die een BBL-opleiding volgen. Jouw belangrijkste taken: Coachen van collega’s en extern personeel op veiligheidsbewustzijn, werkinstructies en het gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM’s) Toezicht houden op de dagelijkse veiligheid van werkzaamheden op projectlocaties Opstellen en voorbereiden van veiligheids- en werkplannen Uitgeven van BEI-aanwijzingen op basis van certificeringen en ervaring Begeleiden van leerling-monteurs en toezien op hun ontwikkeling Controleren van het juiste gebruik van afschermings- en hulpmiddelen Medewerkers aanspreken op veiligheid, zorgvuldigheid en naleving van procedures Bedrijfsinformatie Sinds 1964 zetten onze collega’s zich dagelijks in om ervoor te zorgen dat huizen warm zijn in de winter, het water uit de kraan stroomt, de verlichting werkt en iedereen kan beschikken over een snelle internetverbinding.
