Je technische expertise vormt een belangrijke aanvulling op de werking van ons fietsenatelier.

  • Je onderhoudt en herstelt zelfstandig fietsen
  • Je spoort technische problemen op en bepaalt welke herstellingen nodig zijn
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op herstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat fietsen veilig en gebruiksklaar worden afgeleverd;
  • Je begeleidt cliënten bij eenvoudige en meer complexe technische opdrachten;
  • Je legt technische handelingen helder uit en stimuleert cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen
  • Je geeft op een geduldige en positieve manier feedback
  • Je bewaakt samen met de werkvloerbegeleider de technische werking van het fietsenatelier
  • Je denkt mee na over een efficiënte planning en werkorganisatie binnen het atelier
  • Je volgt de voorraad van wisselstukken en materialen mee op
  • Je signaleert welke materialen moeten worden aangekocht en denkt mee na over geschikte aankopen
  • Je werkt mee aan het bewaken en verbeteren van procedures rond onderhoud en herstellingen
  • Je helpt mee in het contact met klanten en beantwoordt technische vragen of klachten op een klantvriendelijke manier
  • Je volgde een opleiding tot fietshersteller/fietsenmaker of beschikt door ervaring over een goede en brede kennis van fietsherstelling en -onderhoud
  • Je hebt een passie voor fietsen en technisch werk
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid
  • Je legt technische zaken eenvoudig en begrijpelijk uit
  • Je hebt geduld en vindt het fijn om anderen iets te leren
  • Je kan cliënten motiveren, ondersteunen en coachen tijdens praktische opdrachten
  • Je hebt een collegiale ingesteldheid en werkt graag samen met de werkvloerbegeleider en het team
  • Je hebt een stipte, betrouwbare en verantwoordelijke werkhouding
