The posting

Als werkvloerbegeleider in het project Halte-R begeleid je mensen tijdens de uitvoering van hun werkstraf. Samen met de werkgestrafte voer je diverse en laagdrempelige taken uit die een meerwaarde hebben voor de gemeenschap. Je motiveert hen, helpt bij het opnemen van verantwoordelijkheid en opbouwen van positieve relaties. Met het team Justitie maak jij zo het verschil voor werkgestraften!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent bovenal een coach van de mensen die je begeleidt en creëert samen een meerwaarde voor lokale non-profit projecten.
  • Je geeft werkinstructies op de werkvloer, werkt zelf ook mee en zorgt voor de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je zorgt voor de opstart en opvolging van de werkstrafdossiers en maakt verslagen op voor de justitie-assistenten.
  • Je bereidt opdrachten technisch voor: uittekenen, berekenen, materiaal bestellen en de werkwijze vastleggen.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe projecten en potentiële werkopdrachten in de regio.

  • Je communiceert authentiek en respectvol met mensen die in aanraking komen met justitie en gelooft in hun groeipotentieel.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en combineert begeleiding vlot met uitvoerend werk.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in een sociale richting of hebt relevante ervaring binnen begeleiding, justitie of sociale projecten.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar: je werkt halftijds en minstens één keer per twee weken op zaterdag en bent telefonisch bereikbaar bij vragen of problemen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en verplaatst je vlot binnen de regio (Brugge – Veurne – Ieper).

Jouw uitvalsbasis is de locatie van Groep INTRO in Brugge (Assebroek – Keurlingenweg), de regio waar je voornamelijk zal werken.
