Als Werkvoorbereider Renovatie & Onderhoud in de regio Arnhem werk je aan bestaande woningen en gebouwen die weer jaren mee moeten kunnen. Je zorgt dat tekeningen, materialen, planning, onderaannemers en uitvoering goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij kom je situaties tegen die pas zichtbaar worden wanneer het werk daadwerkelijk begint. Juist dan wordt jouw technische inzicht belangrijk. Jij kijkt vooruit, schakelt snel en zorgt dat collega's buiten verder kunnen. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider ben je vanaf de voorbereiding nauw betrokken bij jouw projecten. Je vertaalt wat er op papier staat naar wat er buiten daadwerkelijk moet gebeuren en blijft ook tijdens de uitvoering betrokken. Renovatie en onderhoud vragen daarbij om flexibiliteit: bestaande situaties houden zich namelijk niet altijd aan de tekening. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - voorbereiden van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten; - beoordelen en controleren van bouwkundige tekeningen; - opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen; - voorbereiden en inkopen van materialen; - aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes; - selecteren en afstemmen van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - maken en bewaken van afspraken met bouwpartners; - controleren of materialen en informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn; - afstemmen met Projectleiding en Uitvoering; - signaleren van technische knelpunten; - beoordelen van bestaande bouwkundige situaties; - zoeken naar pr...
