Deze organisatie is een regionaal installatiebedrijf met ruime ervaring in elektrotechniek, loodgieterswerk en duurzame installaties. Het bedrijf voert hoofdzakelijk projecten uit in de woningbouw en utiliteit in de regio Breda, Tilburg en Oosterhout. De organisatie is gevestigd in Gilze en werkt vanuit die locatie samen met projectleiders en monteurs aan projecten waarbij werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering nauw samenwerken. De werkzaamheden omvatten de projectmatige realisatie van elektrotechnische installaties waarbij aandacht is voor voorbereiding, controle van tekeningen, materiaalplanning en bewaking van levertijden. De organisatie hanteert korte communicatielijnen tussen kantoor en uitvoering waardoor beslissingen snel genomen kunnen worden. De rol van werkvoorbereiding is bedoeld om structuur te brengen in het proces en om onnodige vertragingen te voorkomen. Medewerkers krijgen ruimte om processen te verbeteren en om de werkvoorbereiding verder te professionaliseren binnen bestaande projectteams.
