Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een goede voorbereiding en organisatie van projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde middelen, documenten en afspraken tijdig geregeld zijn, zodat de uitvoering efficiënt en zonder onnodige vertraging kan plaatsvinden. Dankzij jouw overzicht en vooruitziende blik weten alle betrokken partijen precies wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Werkzaamheden - Coördineren en voorbereiden van projecten van start tot oplevering. - Ondersteunen van de uitvoeringsfase en bijdragen aan een succesvolle afronding van werkzaamheden. - Inkopen en plannen van materialen, materieel en overige projectbenodigdheden. - Verzorgen van vergunningaanvragen en het bewaken van de voortgang hiervan. - Organiseren van KLIC-meldingen en benodigde verkeersmaatregelen. - Verwerken en beheren van projectadministratie, waaronder verrekeningen en registraties. - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne projectteams. - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van werk- en projectbesprekingen. - Signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten en hiervoor passende oplossingen aandragen. Je bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende projecten binnen de ondergrondse infrastructuur, variërend van onderhoudswerkzaamheden tot omvangrijke reconstructie- en uitbreidingsprojecten. De werkzaamheden dragen bij aan een betrouwbare energie- en watervoorziening en hebben directe invloed op de leefomgeving.
