Daarom zoeken we een ervaren werkvoorbereider die houdt van hout, nauwkeurig werken en slimme processen. Bij ons combineer je technische werkvoorbereiding met digitalisering en procesverbetering. Je zorgt dat alles klopt voordat een project de fabriek in gaat en denkt tegelijk mee over hoe we ons werk steeds slimmer kunnen organiseren. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen opdrachtgever, productie en montage. Je werkt onze projecten technisch uit en zorgt dat tekeningen, materialen, planning en productie goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Uitwerken en controleren van tekeningen en specificaties - Opstellen en bewaken van planningen - Voorbereiden van projecten voor productie en montage - Programmeren en voorbereiden van tekenwerk - Inkopen en bewaken van materialen - Opstellen van werkinstructies en projectdocumentatie - Technische ondersteuning van productie en montage - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en leveranciers - Meedenken over nieuwe producten en technische oplossingen Slimmer werken Digitalisering speelt een steeds grotere rol in onze fabriek. Daarom zoeken we iemand die niet alleen projecten goed voorbereidt, maar ook graag kijkt naar hoe processen beter kunnen. Je analyseert bestaande werkwijzen, denkt mee over onze digitale systemen en helpt bij het invoeren van nieuwe technieken en automatisering. Daarbij houd je altijd hetzelfde doel voor ogen: minder fouten, een soepelere productie en een constante kwaliteit. Wat breng jij mee? We zoeken iemand die ervaring heeft binnen de timmer- of houtbewerkingsindustrie en weet wat er nodig is om een project goed voor te bereiden.
