Een geslaagd renovatieproject begint met een goede voorbereiding. Voordat de eerste vakman aan de slag gaat, moeten tekeningen kloppen, materialen op tijd binnen zijn en alle betrokken partijen weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Als Werkvoorbereider zorg jij dat die basis staat. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider ben je de schakel tussen de projectleiding, uitvoering, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles wat nodig is voor een project op tijd geregeld is en bewaakt de voortgang gedurende het hele proces. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Je controleert en werkt tekeningen, werkomschrijvingen en projectgegevens uit; - Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt deze en beoordeelt de mogelijkheden; - Je zorgt dat materialen en diensten tijdig worden ingekocht en besteld; - Je maakt planningen en bewaakt de voortgang; - Je onderhoudt contact met uitvoerders, leveranciers en andere samenwerkingspartners; - Je ondersteunt de projectleider bij planning, kwaliteit en budget; - Je signaleert mogelijke knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden en komt met praktische oplossingen; - Je houdt de projectadministratie zorgvuldig bij; - Je zorgt samen met het team voor een goede voorbereiding en communicatie, zodat bewoners zo min mogelijk overlast ervaren. Je bent veel aan het schakelen en hebt met verschillende partijen contact. Een wijziging in de planning, een materiaal dat later wordt geleverd of een onverwachte situatie op een project: jij denkt vooruit, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt dat het project in beweging blijft. Wat vragen we van je? Je bent iemand die graag vooruitdenkt, structuur aanbrengt en zaken goed regelt. Je houdt van afwisseling en vindt het prettig om verschillende werkzaamheden...
