Werkvoorbereider Zorg dat kozijnprojecten soepel van verkoop naar bestelling en montage gaan. Je werkt met AutoCAD, stemt bestellingen af en bewaakt leveringen. Je bent de technische schakel tussen verkoop, leveranciers en monteurs bij diverse kozijnbouwprojecten. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en werkt volgens de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de Bouw-cao. De technische haalbaarheid en bouwkundige details zijn tijdens het verkoopproces al besproken. Jij controleert de laatste details en maakt iedere order definitief voor bestelling. Je werkt aan diverse projecten met kunststof en aluminium kozijnen. Daarbij bewaak je de voortgang vanaf bestelling tot levering op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt dat monteurs beschikken over de juiste informatie en materialen om hun werkzaamheden goed uit te voeren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Orders technisch controleren en definitief uitwerken. - Bouwkundige details zelfstandig opzetten en aanpassen in AutoCAD. - Bestellingen voorbereiden en plaatsen bij vaste leveranciers. - Levertijden bewaken en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren. - Leveringen afstemmen op de planning van montageteams. - Tekeningen, details, instructies en materialen voorbereiden voor montage. - Technische vragen van leveranciers, partners en monteurs beantwoorden. - Maatvoering en montagegegevens controleren voordat projecten worden uitgevoerd.
