Als werkvoorbereider/projectleider bij Geldersche Woningbouw in Kootwijkerbroek zorg jij er voor dat het bouwproces van houten woningen op rolletjes loopt. Iedere klant heeft andere wensen, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is voor jou. Wie ben jij? Je gaat verschillende projecten leiden, van een klein huis tot complete woningen met schuur. Allemaal van hout, dus ook nog eens duurzaam! Als werkvoorbereider ben je het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers, onderaannemers en klanten. Je schakelt met inkoop over de benodigde materialen, denkt na over de planning en hebt tijdens het bouwproces nauw contact met de collega's die de woning op locatie plaatsen over de voortgang. Ook ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Onwijs divers werk dus, waarin je continu aan het schakelen bent. Jij brengt iedereen in het bouwproces samen en overziet een project van begin tot eind. Dat vereist een goede planning en communicatieve vaardigheden. Jij staat je mannetje en zorgt er zo voor dat iedereen weet waar die aan toe is: voor, tijdens en na het bouwen. Met jouw praktische instelling zorg jij voor duidelijkheid bij alle betrokkenen en vertrouwen bij de klant.
