Wat ga je doen?

Als werkvoorbereider / projectingenieur ben je de technische en organisatorische spil in de voorbereidende fase van onze projecten. Je staat niet meer fulltime met je voeten op de werf, maar gebruikt je praktijkervaring om projecten op kantoor feilloos voor te bereiden en technisch te optimaliseren.

  • Dossieranalyse & calculatie: Je bestudeert plannen en lastenboeken (bijv. rond buitenschrijnwerk, ruwbouw en afwerking) en analyseert hoe het project technisch het best wordt opgebouwd.
  • Prijsvragen & offertes: Je stelt nauwkeurige meet- en prijsvellen op, stuurt prijsaanvragen uit naar onderaannemers en leveranciers, en vergelijkt de binnenkomende offertes kritisch.
  • Technische optimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over alternatieve uitvoeringsmethodes of materialen. Je stelt slimme varianten voor die het project technisch sterker of economischer maken.
  • Digitaal bouwen (BIM): Je werkt mee binnen onze sterke digitale visie en maakt gebruik van BIM-modellen en moderne planningstools.
  • Projectwerking: Je bent onderdeel van een zelfsturend projectteam (van in totaal vier werkvoorbereiders) en werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders. Je bezoekt de werven wanneer dat nodig is om de situatie ter plaatse in te schatten.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een generalist met een brede technische bagage (ruwbouw, daken, schrijnwerk, afwerking) die de dynamiek van een werf door en door kent, maar nu de voorkeur geeft aan de bureaukant.

  • Opleiding: Je hebt een Master (bijvoorbeeld Bouwkunde).
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 4 tot 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider of projectleider. Je hebt 'met je voeten op de werf gestaan' en weet hoe een bouwplaats in de praktijk functioneert.
  • Competenties: Je hebt een scherp analytisch vermogen, werkt gestructureerd en denkt altijd in oplossingen en optimalisaties. Je bent een teamplayer die perfect functioneert binnen projectteams.
  • Software & tools: Je bent vertrouwd met BIM-modellen, digitale planningstools en de courante MS Office-pakketten.
