Techniek, calculatie en werkvoorbereiding combineren in één veelzijdige job? Als Werkvoorbereider vorm jij de belangrijke schakel tussen sales en productie.

Je analyseert aanvragen van bestaande klanten en prospecten en vertaalt technische vragen naar een haalbaar en correct productiedossier. Je denkt mee over materialen, machines en bewerkingen en zorgt ervoor dat elk order goed voorbereid richting productie gaat. Zelf heb je geen rechtsreeks klantencontact.

Concreet houd je je bezig met:

  • Analyseren van technische aanvragen en opmaken van calculaties en offertes.
  • Interpreteren van technische tekeningen en bepalen van nodige materialen en bewerkingen.
  • Opvragen van prijzen bij leveranciers en voorbereiden van offertes.
  • Beheren van de salesmailbox en online portalen.
  • Verwerken van orders en aanmaken van bestellingen in het ERP-systeem.
  • Technisch voorbereiden en optimaliseren van verkochte orders.
  • Meewerken aan de programmatie van laser-, pons- en robotmachines.
  • Sales en productie ondersteunen bij technische vragen en uitdagingen.

We zoeken vooral een technisch en leergierig profiel dat graag uitzoekt hoe iets praktisch gerealiseerd kan worden.

  • Je hebt een technische bachelor opleiding
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen zijn belangrijk.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en informatie interpreteren.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken zit in je natuur.
  • Je hebt interesse in calculatie, offertes, werkvoorbereiding en ERP.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met laser-, pons- of robotprogrammatie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt graag samen.
  • Een praktische, zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Vooral: goesting om bij te leren en op termijn te groeien.
  • Ook schoolverlaters met een technische bachelor opleiding zijn welkom. Motivatie en technische feeling wegen hier minstens zo zwaar als ervaring.
